Our full XL beds measure 54” x 80”, five inches longer than a standard full bed. The extra length makes them ideal for tall individuals and couples that need a bit more space. Full XL beds are similar to queen size beds in the sense that they offer more space at a more convenient price, and still fit in the majority of bedrooms without taking up essential space.

Our full XL beds are available in all styles and finishes, so you can customize your dream bed without any difficulty. And if they’re not quite right, we offer a bespoke bed service that lets you tweak any bed to your perfect measurements.
Our beds are available in a total of 17 colors, each creating their own unique feel for your bedroom. Our black, white and grey beds are designed to add a modern feel to your space without too much contrast.
We also have a range of soft and hard woods such as beech, ash and untreated timber. All of our wood is of the highest quality and sourced from FSC and PEFC approved forests, making your bed durable and less harmful to the environment.
The solid slats used to build our full XL beds are more than twice as wide and thick as sprung slats. Our expert craftsmen have been using the same traditional methods untested by time. These methods create a durable foundation for your bed that will stand the test of time and use. Both our solid slats and bed frames are expertly designed to withstand an astonishing 1045 pounds of weight. We use superior joints in our solid slats by screwing each slat into the batton on the long rail for maximum durability.
Every bed that we make at Get Laid Beds is made from fully sustainable Scandinavian pine that we source from FSC and PEFC approved forests. In fact, we’re so confident in what we do that each bed comes with an 11-year guarantee. That’s thanks to our expert craftsmen and the skillful techniques they use to hand make every one of our bespoke wood bed frames.
Yes, queen bed sheets will fit a full XL bed. However, as queen sheets have a few extra inches on each side, there can be some overhang. Don’t worry though, with a bit of folding this can be fixed to achieve a snug fit.
Unlike queen sheets, twin sheets are slightly smaller with dimensions of 39’’ by 75’’. This will make for a fairly tight fit and you might find the corners of the sheet easily slipping off. Plus, stretching bed sheets too much can lead to damage over time. We recommend investing in either a full XL bed sheet or a queen if you want something slightly larger.
